If marketing seems to be bringing in most of your leads, then by all means keep up the good work. Maybe your steady stream of leads from your sphere is working well - don't sleep on that! Be sure to keep working on keeping in touch with past clients so that you can continue to earn referrals.
Whatever it is that is bringing you steady and consistent business, keep putting 60% of your effort minimum into that.
Fine Tune and Get Creative
On the flip side, if your marketing could use a good strong revamp - try to focus your rebuilding energy there. Maybe your daily routine is something that could use some help. The more agents can streamline their day to day, the more time they have to work on taking their business to the next level.
If you're a successful agent and you feel confident about your business, lead generation, and revenue stream; maybe it's time to try something new. A way to level up could be to try a different niche of real estate like luxury or investment. Are you a broker? If not, maybe now is the time to earn your broker's license.
The next level is only as good as your preparation and readiness for it. So, if your basic systems need fine tuning or reworking: start there.
