You know it. We know it. 2022 is quickly approaching years end. So, quick! Do these things before the year ends! The list below are three necessary things that all successful agents do. Business might be slowing down as the holidays get into full swing. So, with any extra time you have to dedicate to your business - here's where your time should go.
Video and Marketing
It's just not TikTok. It's not just a trend. Video is the new way of marketing. Some agents feel uncomfortable or inexperienced with video. It's true that a badly edited or filmed video won't help your marketing at all. But, video marketing is here to stay. Clients want to see the whole picture and are rarely satisfied with just photos of properties anymore. The pandemic also made virtual walk-throughs popular which are made possible by video.
If you're waiting to do these things for you to have more time, or if you aren't comfortable with video, there are people who can help you. This is a great time to hire out help. Which brings us to our next point.
Hire. That. Help.
Stop waiting for a change. Stop waiting for a break. If your business grows the way you want to - it isn't going to come! Yes, the holidays can be a slower time but that's the perfect time to train an assistant. That way, when the new year hits, you're ready to go!
Every successful agent needs help in one way or another. It's impossible to do it all, and agents shouldn't be running themselves into the ground. Hiring an assistant, or someone to run your social media, or a bookkeeper - or all of the above are smart moves for any agent.
Loose Ends
Tie up the loose ends! Once and for all!
Organize, focus on what's working, and give attention to what needs help. If your business slows during the holidays, now is the time. In order to be efficient, you need to be able to dedicate time to what could and should be going more smoothly.
If you do the three things mentioned above, you'll be in a great spot when the new year hits!
