The same goes for knowing great lenders, etc. who can help sellers and buyers make the most of their hard earned cash.
Study the market, become an expert on the MLS, have a great team and make every action count.
People Skills Are Key
A key part of being indispensable is that your clients actually like you. It's very important for agents that their clients feel they can trust their professionalism and their care. Because real estate is such a personal business - this cannot be forgotten.
Offer as much knowledge as possible. Be as available as possible. This is how agents are able to become indispensable. When clients feel that their agent is making their life easier and providing a service that they could not provide themselves is when agents win the game. In order to do this agents must remain constantly on the pulse and top of mind.
