One of the strangest things I've come across was a vacant home that was completely empty except for a 2 foot porcelain doll standing on the floor in a bedroom. No other furniture around.

Craziest, probably the animal house. Had to be sure no one let the pets out during the open house and spent a ton of money on cleaners and candles to cover the pet smell up!

The craziest home I sold had railroad tracks 10 ft in front of the house, (maybe exaggerated). Had mosquitos bad in the summer! Was in a flood zone!
