I predict another strong year as buyer demand should be consistent due to shortage of inventory, material shortages, supply issues, lack of available contractors & buyers demanding more space.

We are a thriving little community. With technology going the direction it’s going and Covid helping people to see they can do their job from anywhere. I see big things going into plan in our area.

A short supply of inventory may dictate a seller's market. However, if interest rates rise buyers may become more demanding of sellers with regards to repairs and prices will not rise as fast as 2021

I see interest rates rising but staying below 4%. I do think we will continue with a shortage of housing inventory driving price up even further, but do think we may see less buyers

We have an in-house economist in all predictions and numbers show a another successful year for sellers with increased equity. Hopefully between March and May we will start to see inventory increase.

I believe prices will come down a bit and stabilize. I'm hoping for more listings to go on the MLS. Giving buyers a better opportunity to purchase.
