This would be a horrible time to be starting. Super hard to get listings, as there is a huge shortage of them, which makes it super competitive trying to get the ones out there. Finding buyers is obviously super easy right now, but it’s super hard actually finding them a house they like and when you do you have to compete with 15 other offers.
