Customers tell me how they would like me to communicate with them. I just follow their lead. Some like to be texted important updates whereas others prefer an email or a phone call.

I try to speak to my clients in a way they understand but most importantly I try to teach them something about real estate that they did not know before.

The most effective way that I communicate with my clients is to utilize whatever platform my clients are comfortable with. If they text, then I text. If they email then I email. It's that easy!

Getting out to meet them for the first time as soon as possible. Everyone is willing to talk on the phone, but the agent who wins them over is usually the one who is willing to meet right away.

Most effectively for me is I receive a text or email or phone call and then to be able to be alerted that I have that text or email and then to talk with them - hopefully by phone or in person.

I most effectively connect with my clients by text after we have established a relationship and they agree to text communications. I always ask which method they prefer and use it. Most prefer text.

Agent Elite's automatic emails to Clients and Contacts is really good, as well! I've made sure everyone past and present is in there so no one can ever forget: I'm a Realtor!

I find that the most effective way to connect with clients is by TEXT. It is quick and to-the-point communication accompanied by a date and time stamp. I keep TEXTS professional with no abbreviations.

I prefer to use personal notes and warm calls to check in with my existing database. My preferred way of connecting is in-person networking, which unfortunately has been difficult during the pandemic.

Many of my clients now Text and email. Lots of transactions after first face-to-face, or maybe a few face-to-face they then connect electronically. Some do video, some do just photos and text/email.

Face to face! That's what's been most difficult about the Covid-19 pandemic. I've had to find new, creative ways to prospect and connect with clients. Now, I'm focusing on data-mining my FB profile.

Text and email are usually most efficient and preferred, but phone calls and face-to-face meetings are essential when you need to have a more in-depth discussion.

To always be available and make my schedule the same to their schedule. Whether it be taking calls at 11pm at night or 5am in the morning. Being always available to help them out no matter the time.
