I'll never forget my first day with my license. I really knew nothing about real estate. The licensing classes just teach you what you need to know to pass the state exam. Not how to do real estate

Make sure you know your limits! Many new agents think they know it all because they just passed the test. Take your time. Shadow a few agents that have experience & see what works best for you.
